2 C Elbow Macaroni
1 Lg can evaporated milk
1 C whole milk
1 stick margarine (melted)
2 C cheddar cheese grated
1/2 block of Velveeta cheese cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook Macaroni and drain well add all ingredients in large bowl pour into crock pot. Add a little sprinkle of shredded cheese on top. Cook on low for 3 hrs.
Sounds SOOOOO yummy, Tiffany... Velveeta is something we never buy, but I happen to have a bit in the back of the fridge. We were supposed to make (don't laugh) Velveeta fudge, but the boys got into the box LOL.

ReplyDeleteOh, I'm so gonna try this! I have some serious mac and cheese lovers in my house. I've got a chicken casserole that uses the evap milk too. I made it last night with the leftover turkey (we did ours a little early this year). There's something about that e milk that makes it extra creamy. Have a wonderful time tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteMmmm, I'm a huge fan of mac-n-cheese. I may have to try this one out. Thanks for sharing it. I'm a big Macy's fan as well. This would have been perfect for yesterday. Of course, I was only tasked with bringing the rolls. At least they asked me to bring SOMETHING this year. Maybe next year it'll be mac-n-cheese!
